If you have an analytical profile, pay close attention to details, and enjoy working on decision-making, join our team! **Responsibilities:** **Management of the Company's Workflow Platform:** Configure, optimize, and maintain workflows, ensuring automation and efficient execution of requests; **BPMN Mapping and Modeling:** Design, document, and update processes using BPMN notation, ensuring that workflows reflect actual business needs; **Facilitation and Conduct of Meetings:** Lead alignment meetings across multiple departments to gather requirements, understand pain points, and validate processes; **Mediation and Conflict Resolution:** Serve as the focal point to resolve impasses between departmental needs and technical feasibility, ensuring successful delivery; **Continuous Improvement and Training:** Identify operational bottlenecks and support internal team and end-user training on newly implemented tools and workflows; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or related fields; **Proficiency in BPMN Diagrams:** Solid experience in workflow modeling; **Knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle:** Ability to write queries for data analysis and support; **Automation Awareness:** Understanding of how system integrations (APIs) and task automation support decision-making; **Desirable Requirements:** Practical experience or knowledge of the Zeev tool. **Work Location:** Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri \-08:00–18:00\. **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
