If you seek challenges, value ethics and respect, possess an ownership mindset, and believe that together we are stronger, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** * Design, update, and monitor business indicator dashboards to identify potential deviations and propose corrective actions to achieve targets. * Prepare, update, and analyze management reports and presentations for immediate leadership review, including financial information and risks, to provide visibility into key metrics and support process monitoring. * Create and provide data tables for queries and process support by consolidating information extracted from systems and generating databases, contributing to the development of business-related indicators and products. * Conduct analyses and monitor operational results, evaluating opportunities arising from implemented actions and improvements relative to market conditions. * Conduct studies to define and/or revise the commercial performance of the Caedu Card and financial products, performing diagnostics, market research, and proposing recommendations for approval. * Validate and ensure accuracy and precision of information related to departmental indicators and processes, supporting informed decision-making. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure analytical accuracy and contribute to the delivery goals of the Financial Solutions area. * Perform ad hoc studies and support budgeting, forecasting, and control activities by providing data to inform management decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must-have qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines). * Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on work with KPIs and data analysis.
