




Job Summary: The Porto Bank is seeking a Growth Analytics professional to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention, operating at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing, and Business. Porto Bank’s Growth Analytics team serves as the intelligence engine driving customer acquisition, activation, and retention across our financial product verticals. We are a multidisciplinary team operating at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing, and Business, transforming large volumes of data into actionable strategies to accelerate the bank’s sustainable growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the creation of funnels to monitor campaign performance and customer base health. * Develop and monitor A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize digital channels and relationship nurture sequences. * Conduct Cohort and LTV (Lifetime Value) analyses to identify high-value segments and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. * Build media attribution models and analyze CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) efficiency by channel. * Translate complex data metrics into clear insights for Product, Marketing, and CRM stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative fields (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, IT) or related disciplines.
