Job Summary: Responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards to generate insights for decision-making and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI 2. Perform data modeling in Power BI using DAX 3. Develop Python / SQL solutions Responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the company's strategic and operational requirements. Will collect, analyze, and transform data to ensure generation of insights supporting decision-making and continuous improvement of business processes. The professional will serve in a consultative role, collaborating with business areas to understand needs and translate requirements into effective BI solutions. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI tailored to specific business area needs; * Ensure reports are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with organizational strategic objectives; * Implement relevant KPIs to monitor performance and support decision-making. * Perform data modeling in Power BI, establishing appropriate relationships between tables and developing measures and calculated columns using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions); * Automate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Power Query or complementary tools; * Ensure integrity, quality, and consistency of data used in reports. * Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; * Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions; * Propose data-driven solutions to support operational and strategic efficiency. * Connect and integrate data from diverse systems and platforms, such as SQL databases, ERP, CRM, CSV files, Excel, and APIs; * Monitor updates and performance of data sources connected to Power BI reports. * Establish data governance standards and practices within the Power BI environment, including access control and workspace management; * Document processes, data models, and report logic to ensure solution continuity and scalability. * Level 2 System Support * Level 2 Python / SQL Solution Development **Primary Responsibilities:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
