Work with microservices architectures and cloud environments **Code:** 1075 **Job Title:** AI Specialist Developer **Location:** São Paulo, SP **Professional Level:** Senior **Professional Areas:** IT \- Development \- Web **Description:** Project: MCP \+ AI-powered UI generation Location: Remote (with availability for occasional alignment meetings during business hours) Responsibilities: - Develop AI agents (Multi\-Agent Systems) for process automation and optimization on ME platforms, focusing on intuitive, personalized, and scalable experiences. - Create and integrate microservices to support AI agents, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. - Collaborate with internal teams on PoC (Proof of Concept), validating solutions before large-scale implementation. - Participate in design thinking sessions and technical alignment meetings with product and engineering teams. - Document architectures, workflows, and technical decisions for knowledge transfer. **Skills:** Technical Requirements: - Languages: Proficiency in Python (preferred), Node.js or Golang (desirable). Java is not required (would be a plus). - AI/ML: Hands-on experience in: o Development of autonomous agents (frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar). o Integration with LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.). o Prompt engineering, fine\-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) techniques. - Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, REST/POST APIs, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). - Cloud: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) and serverless services. - Others: Version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, and security best practices. Differentiators: - Prior experience with e\-procurement platforms or B2B solutions. - Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) applied to business workflows. - Participation in digital transformation projects focused on AI-enhanced UX.
