Collaboration with data, product, and engineering teams **Job Description:** We are looking for a professional specialized in developing Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, with emphasis on creating intelligent agents (autonomous, conversational, or LLM-based), using Python as the primary development language. The role spans from solution conception and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment in scalable environments. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain intelligent agents (LLM-based, rule-based, planning-based, or multi-agent). * Translate business problems into AI architectures, considering user interaction, decision-making, and task automation. * Develop prompt engineering workflows, tool orchestration (tools), and context memory for conversational agents. * Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and automation tools. * Test, evaluate, and monitor agent behavior and performance with focus on efficiency, cost, and robustness. * Collaborate closely with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure technical and functional alignment. **Requirements:** * **Python** (advanced): Design patterns, object-oriented programming, best practices for code organization. * **Agent frameworks**: experience with **LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, or custom agent implementations**. * Language models (LLMs): knowledge of **OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, Mistral**, among others. * Orchestration and Tools: building agents that leverage multiple tools (e.g., database, external API, RAG). * Memory and context persistence: use of Redis, ChromaDB, or other vector memory solutions. * Integration with **REST APIs and databases**. * Knowledge of **cloud computing (Azure)** for deployment and scalability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation). * Familiarity with reinforcement learning applied to autonomous agents. * Knowledge of traditional data science or NLP. * Open\-source contributions or GitHub projects related to intelligent agents. ### **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Python, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, Mistral, Databases, External APIs, RAG, REST APIs, Azure ### **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Remote Work Allowance, Totalpass, Education Assistance, Birthday Day Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher ### **Department:** Growth \& Digital Strategy
