Use of advanced techniques such as RAG, fine-tuning, and intelligent workflow automation **Job: AI Developer (Autonomous Agents)** 100% Remote Contract Type: PJ **Note:** Must have personal equipment for work ### **Job Description** We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist focused on the LLM lifecycle and the construction of **Agent Systems (Multi\-Agent Systems)**. This professional will be responsible for transforming language models into **intelligent and dynamic agents**, capable of performing tasks, reasoning over complex data, and interacting with external tools. Experience with advanced techniques such as **RAG, fine\-tuning, and intelligent workflow automation** is essential. ### **Technical Qualifications** * Proficiency in frameworks such as **LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel** * Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and open-source models (LLaMA 3, Mistral, DeepSeek) * Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus) * Advanced Python for AI (data handling, APIs, agent logic) * Prompt engineering (Few\-shot, ReAct, Reflexion) * Experience with AI infrastructure (Ollama, vLLM, or TGI) * **Nice-to-have** * Experience with fine\-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) * Implementation of Small Language Models (Phi\-3, TinyLlama) * Knowledge of AI security (Prompt Injection and content filtering) ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields * Minimum of 3 years of experience in ML/AI projects ### **Responsibilities** * **Agent Architecture:** Design and implement agent-based systems to solve complex problems * **Reasoning Engineering:** Develop Chain\-of\-Thought workflows and self-reflection techniques to improve accuracy and business alignment * **Context Optimization:** Implement and manage vector databases and RAG strategies * **Local and Hybrid AI:** Configure and optimize open-source models with emphasis on performance and data sovereignty * **Model Evaluation:** Build evaluation frameworks (LLM\-as\-a\-judge) to assess quality and reliability **Interested candidates:** Please send your CV with salary expectations to: ligia.moura@gsoftware.com.br
