Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement * **Project Planning and Coordination:** Plan, coordinate, and execute AI development projects from conception through implementation. * **Team Management:** Lead and guide teams of developers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * **Solution Development:** Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve business processes. * **Data Analysis:** Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns and insights applicable to AI solutions. * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with other company departments—such as IT, marketing, and operations—to ensure integration of AI solutions with existing systems. * **Monitoring and Evaluation:** Monitor the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. * **Innovation and Continuous Improvement:** Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and advancements, and propose continuous improvements to developed solutions. * Proven experience in AI solution development and team leadership. * Solid knowledge of development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and others. * Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
