Prepare and update control spreadsheets and management reports. Perform bank reconciliation, including accounts payable and receivable control. Verify files, documents, and administrative records. Perform data entry and update information in systems and spreadsheets. Provide customer service when necessary. Carry out other administrative activities related to the position. Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate affinity with some of the activities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
