




Description: * Bachelor's degree in secretarial studies, administration, or related fields required; * Previous experience in the field is necessary; * Computer literacy - user level. * Receive telephone calls directed to your department, filtering topics and forwarding calls according to the availability of the person being sought, providing the most appropriate solution in each case; * Make internal and external calls directly or through the switchboard operator, transferring the call to the requester or conveying messages when necessary; * Collect and compile various data by consulting documents, transcripts, files, and databases; * Perform entries using calculators and/or computers; * Record entries in fiscal ledgers, registering supporting documentation; * Control requests and receipts of consumable materials, preparing request forms and tracking their delivery; * Draft letters, memoranda, official correspondence, and other texts necessary for fulfilling tasks relevant to the department, typing and printing them; * Prepare meeting minutes, charts, illustrative maps, reports, and payroll sheets using calculators and/or computers, adhering to legal requirements; * Organize and maintain departmental document archives and filing systems, performing classification, labeling, and storage; * Review, process, and/or prepare procedures related to your work unit, arranging for their proper routing; * Monitor the progress of communications or procedures of interest to your work unit, maintaining internal and external contacts, clarifying doubts, and taking actions to meet service needs. 2511160202461804794
