If you are passionate about the accounting field, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting accountants and other staff in executing complex tasks or resolving operational and regulatory uncertainties; * Review documents, reports, technical deliverables, and procedures requiring heightened technical rigor or final validation prior to client delivery; * Prepare internal opinions and customized solutions grounded in applicable regulations and critical case-by-case analysis; * Actively participate in standardizing internal routines, contributing to continuous improvement of technical, operational, and strategic processes; * Collaborate with managers on structuring workflows, defining procedures, and reviewing established practices; * Analyze inconsistencies, bottlenecks, and risks, proposing feasible technical and operational adjustments; * Support the development and updating of operational manuals, internal policies, and technical support documents for the team; * Conduct internal technical training and participate in onboarding new team members, conveying methodological clarity and practical application of regulations; * Provide direct, high-complexity support to internal and external clients, especially in situations demanding refined analytical capability; * Monitor legislative, regulatory, and normative changes affecting the department’s operations, disseminating relevant updates internally; * Assist managers in tracking technical quality indicators, suggesting corrective or preventive measures whenever necessary; * Record technical activities, critical observations, and identified points of attention in the system to ensure traceability; * Uphold the firm’s institutional image by maintaining ethical conduct, professional language, and technical poise in all interactions; * Engage internal and external clients with impeccable courtesy, active listening, empathy, and clear communication, conveying technical confidence and genuine care in every deliverable. * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; * Experience in accounting firms or companies handling high-volume accounting work; * Technical knowledge: Intermediate Excel, Accounting ERP systems (Domínio and Questor), Up-to-date accounting and tax legislation, Experience with Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes. Requirements * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; * Experience in accounting firms or companies handling high-volume accounting work; * Technical knowledge: Intermediate Excel, Accounting ERP systems (Domínio and Questor), Up-to-date accounting and tax legislation, Experience with Real Profit and Presumed Profit regimes.
