




Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing and archiving academic documentation, monitoring student enrollments, grades, and absences, and providing academic and administrative support to students and faculty. Provide academic and administrative support to students and faculty; maintain up-to-date records, ensuring document authenticity and security; manage reports and support institutional events, such as graduation ceremonies and academic partnerships. Education or experience in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Office tools and social media. Knowledge of academic document and data management systems. Prior experience in the field required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, plus 4 hours on Saturdays.
