




Job Summary: Provide support for Protheus Backoffice modules, handle support tickets, configure the system, and collaborate on improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Support for Protheus Backoffice modules 2. Handling and resolution of medium/high-complexity support tickets 3. Analysis and mapping/definition of configurable processes Responsibilities and Duties What you will do: * Provide support for Protheus Backoffice modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Finance, Tax, TAF, etc.); * Handle and resolve medium/high-complexity support tickets; * Configure the system, support users, and keep the client consistently informed; * Classify and escalate tickets, and update the knowledge base; * Collaborate on improvements and alert regarding critical risks and impacts; * Analyze and map/define configurable processes. What we expect from you: * Experience with core Protheus BKO modules; * Knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, data analysis); * Familiarity with ADVPL (code reading, minor adjustments, triggers); * Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and proactivity. Requirements and Qualifications Preferred qualifications (bonus points): * TOTVS certification for Protheus modules; * Knowledge of Protheus integrations with other systems; * Analysis and mapping/definition of configurable processes; * Additional expertise in the following modules: EIC Module Tax Configuration Module HR Modules, Smartview Protheus Installation GitHub usage for control and versioning. Proficiency in SIGAEIC is desirable
