We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Continuously monitor the client's entire logical infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and integrity; * Assess the impact of crises on services and operations; * Form incident response teams for critical incidents, including members from different IT areas and other relevant stakeholders; * Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the situation; * Conduct regular training for the IT team and other employees on security practices; * Prepare reports resulting from critical incidents, aiming to clarify occurrences and suggest post-crisis improvements; * Implement continuous improvement processes and preventive actions to strengthen the resilience of the IT infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor's degree: Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering; * Proficiency in the following tools: Orion Platform, Zabbix, and Grafana; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Level I database concepts; * Familiarity with IT service management methodology based on ITIL (Service Operation). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Incident and Problem Management; * Knowledge of virtualization; **Additional Information** Want to learn about all our open positions?
