Job Summary: We are looking for a full stack developer to join our engineering team, participating in the building and development of products and services that digitally simplify risk analysis and insurance distribution. Analyzing and proposing efficient, scalable, and robust solutions Prerequisites: We are looking for a full stack developer to join our engineering team. Here, you will participate in building and developing products and services that fully digitize risk analysis and insurance distribution processes. * Write high-performance, high-quality code while adhering to software engineering best practices * Conduct code reviews * Maintain applications * Implement strategic or complex scenarios * Analyze situations and propose efficient, scalable, and robust solutions * Solve problems quickly and creatively * Perform proof-of-concept implementations * Assist in architecture design * Conduct performance testing and derive insights from results * Participate in product conception, development, and evolution * Share knowledge Qualifications and Behavioral Skills: * Solid experience with JavaScript (ES6\+), both on the front-end and back-end; * Advanced knowledge of Node.js and Express for API and microservice development; * Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular (or similar frameworks like React or Vue.js); * Knowledge of microservice architecture and best practices for scalable development; * Experience developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL; * Familiarity with Azure (or other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud), including: * Cloud resource management (Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.); * Knowledge of Azure DevOps or CI/CD tools; * Strong experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); * Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus); * Best practices for code versioning (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Familiarity with application monitoring and logging in production; * Intermediate English; Benefits: * Meal and Food Allowance: Your VR and VA are flexible, allowing you to meet your personal needs * Transportation Allowance: To help us meet at the company. * Health Insurance: It's important to take care of yourself and stay well. * Life Insurance: To protect our most valuable asset * Total Pass: To improve your health, lifestyle, and help you achieve your goals * Workplace: Parque da Cidade/Morumbi – São Paulo – SP (Hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
