Job Summary: The professional will develop, implement, and monitor the ESG strategy, coordinate indicator management, prepare sustainability reports, and engage stakeholders. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the development and monitoring of the corporate ESG strategy. 2. Coordinate the collection and analysis of ESG data for decision-making. 3. Prepare GRI Sustainability Reports and comply with IFRS S1/S2. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or related fields; * Specific certifications in ESG or sustainability reporting, such as GRI, SASB, or IFRS; * Experience in Strategic Planning, ESG Indicator Management, and preparation of Sustainability Reports (GRI); * Knowledge of ESG fundamentals, IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 standards, and ESG risk analysis; * Experience in allocation of incentivized fiscal resources, circular economy, and industrial waste management; * Experience in audits and certifications; * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel / BI); * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable; Availability to work in Blumenau/SC. * Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic planning, organizational goals, and sustainable value creation; * Technically coordinate the collection, analysis, and management of ESG indicators and data, ensuring information quality for internal tracking, decision-making, and institutional reporting; * Prepare and oversee the Annual Sustainability Report, in compliance with GRI standards and other applicable frameworks, including adherence to IFRS S1 and S2 requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulations and market expectations; * Manage the allocation of incentivized fiscal resources, ensuring legal compliance and strategic alignment; * Monitor legal, regulatory, and emerging ESG-related regulatory trends, supporting governance, risk mitigation, and organizational compliance; * Engage and align internal and external stakeholders, including corporate departments, industrial units, partners, suppliers, customers, and institutions, promoting alignment and strengthening the ESG agenda; * Develop and support internal ESG communication, awareness-raising, and capacity-building initiatives, contributing to the dissemination of socio-environmental responsibility and governance culture; * Monitor and support socio-environmental and continuous improvement projects, including initiatives related to circular economy, waste management, social impact, and operational efficiency, evaluating outcomes and opportunities for advancement.
