Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we seek?** A proactive professional who helps the team identify technical improvement opportunities. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Mentoring on testing practices, tools, and concepts; performing refactoring; and supporting the QA team in building complex and automated test scenarios; * Overseeing project roll-out processes, identifying and resolving issues—and, in cases of critical problems, leading the team as needed; * Identifying security vulnerabilities arising during (or outside) development and supporting their remediation; documenting identified scenarios; * Possessing strong knowledge of architectural models and practices, and supporting the architecture team in solution validation and design when required; * Maintaining a holistic view of the project and supporting the team in task breakdown and understanding, aiming for improved delivery efficiency; * Monitoring team metrics, analyzing them, and proposing improvements to planning and alignment processes; * Documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, graphs, code comments, and clean code; * Ensuring the solution being built meets client needs and incorporates best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Advanced expertise in:** * Working on a procurement project whose primary scope is developing a new product for purchasing materials and services; * Leading requirement-gathering meetings with end users; * Specifying functional and technical requirements; * Designing system architectures; * Creating relational data models; * Implementing functional and non-functional requirements; * Deploying new systems; * Ensuring developed applications align with the agreed architecture, guaranteeing implementation quality, performance, and security; * Contributing to developing new concepts and improving existing techniques to keep the company at the forefront of technology; * Proposing development approaches that enhance developer productivity and improve application quality; * Serving as a reference for less-experienced professionals and regularly delivering training sessions to developers. **Required Skills and Knowledge** **Solid experience in system development using:** * C\#, .Net Framework > 4 MVC and especially .Net Core > 3\.1; * ORMs such as Entity Framework and Dapper; * React, React Native; * Frontend with Next.js; * Web API and REST standards; * Unit testing with TDD; * Oracle and MongoDB databases; * Proficiency in core SQL commands; * Team collaboration; * A drive to make a difference; **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM and Kanban); * Experience with architectures such as Clean, Onion, and Hexagonal Architecture; * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ); * Experience containerizing APIs using Docker and orchestrating with OpenShift; * Dynamic, collaborative professionals focused on results. **Additional information:** * **Working hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM) * **Work mode:** Remote **NOTE:** Hey!
