We are looking for a Financial Products Assistant to join our outstanding Lojas Renner team! The Financial Products Assistant is responsible for serving customers during the commercialization of financial products, fully committed to exceeding their needs by delivering effective solutions that surprise and delight them. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Delight customers during the sales process of financial products, providing assistance whenever necessary; * Execute activities related to the company's credit area, such as credit approval, card issuance, and providing information to customers; * Update customer registration data and ensure high-quality sales of financial products; * Responsible for organizing and requesting promotional materials for financial products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Affinity with Fashion; * Enjoy customer service; * Affinity with financial products; * Proficiency with digital tools; * Ability to offer financial products **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
