Responsibilities and Duties Experience in BFF implementation focused on Mobile Design and develop scalable and resilient backend solutions using Java; Ensure code quality with emphasis on maintainability and performance; Support the dissemination of software engineering best practices, including TDD, BDD, DDD, and Clean Code; Conduct code reviews and optimizations, pair programming, and mentoring for the team; Collaborate with business areas to translate complex rules into efficient implementations; Promote technical knowledge sharing and provide support to development teams; Guide and establish technical guidelines for requirements gathering with clients; Assume technical responsibility for backend-related matters across projects and products; Ensure technical documentation of projects and application security; Propose solutions autonomously, contributing to decision-making at various leadership levels; Facilitate consensus-building for highly complex technical decisions, promoting collaboration and alignment among development teams.
