Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Python Backend Developer to work in the Center of Excellence (COE) for Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI), implementing accelerator agents to optimize banking processes. We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer to work directly in the Center of Excellence (COE) for Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The main objective of this project is to implement accelerator agents to optimize upstream and downstream banking processes, leveraging the latest AI orchestration technologies and modern development practices for a banking-sector client. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain robust backend applications using Python as the primary language. * Implement automation workflows and intelligent agents using LangChain and LangGraph. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate generative AI solutions into software development processes (SDLC). * Design and manage SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring efficiency and security. * Work in hybrid cloud environments using Azure and AWS. * Actively participate in code reviews and definition of architectural best practices. * Contribute to the Developer Experience (DevEx) culture by building tools that accelerate the work of other engineering teams. **Required Qualifications** * Proven solid experience as a backend developer in complex projects (senior level). * Advanced proficiency in the Python programming language. * Practical experience with AI orchestration frameworks: LangChain and LangGraph. * Polyglot profile: proficiency or desirable knowledge in other languages such as Golang and .NET for use across various banking contexts. * Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases. * Experience in Azure and AWS cloud environments. * In-depth knowledge of all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with AI-Coding tools: Cursor, Cline, Claude-code, and Antigravity. * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. * Knowledge of caching and performance strategies with Redis. * Familiarity with the GENIA tool. * Basic familiarity with frontend development for component integration. **Personal Competencies** * Excellent technical communication and writing skills. * Organization and attention to detail in critical processes. * Proactivity in identifying bottlenecks in the SDLC and proposing AI-based solutions. **Work Model** Location: São Paulo - SP.
