Job Summary: We are seeking a Management professional to plan, control, and execute technology and/or agency projects, with a focus on innovation and development of complex products. Then join the Dexa team! * Support and develop the team. * Facilitate communication between business areas and clients. * Collaborate with the development team to draft product improvement specifications, clearly describing requirements in a Backlog. * Participate in defining user experience (UX) and product usability. * Propose product innovations based on current technology trends. * Serve as a reference in developing and managing innovative and complex products capable of delivering significant results for the company. RESPONSIBILITIES RESPONSIBILITIES * Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies. * Understanding of web and mobile development using agile methods. * Experience executing and coordinating IT projects. * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in technology-related fields.
