Job Summary: Professional to manage warranty processes, direct requests to the factory, monitor responses from the vehicle assembler, and handle goodwill-related demands. Key Highlights: 1. Deadline control and organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Execute internal warranty-related processes (RG); * Direct requests to the factory; * Monitor responses from the vehicle assembler; * Handle goodwill-related demands when applicable; * Control deadlines and ensure proper progress of processes. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferred); * Experience interfacing with management and process-tracking systems (ERR); * Experience in warranty and quality processes; * Analytical profile, detail-oriented and organized; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Commissions, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
