**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**EDUCATION:**
Bachelor's degree completed
**KNOWLEDGE:**
* Microsoft Office suite, Industrial equipment and their applications, Basic mechanics.
**EXPERIENCE:**
* Experience as a Technical Sales Representative, preferably in the industrial or mechanical sector.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Serve the pre\-defined client portfolio within your operational segment;
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals;
* Visit clients (willingness to travel);
* Prepare commercial visit reports (detailing all topics discussed—technical, commercial, or relational) and enter information into the SAP system;
* Negotiate delivery timelines or service execution deadlines;
* Continuously update knowledge by attending company\-provided or industry\-specific courses and training sessions;
* Participate in industry trade fairs and events;
* Perform equipment sizing upon client request;
* Maintain up\-to\-date records in company\-provided information systems regarding clients, proposals, visits, and commercial activities;
* Follow pre\-established strategies concerning sales targets, number of proposals, client contacts, follow\-ups, and prospecting;
* Request registration data for new clients;
* Request financial documents and commercial references from clients for credit limit assessment and due diligence prior to closing negotiations;
* Check inventory availability during negotiations;
* Maintain post\-sale contact with clients to provide delivery timeline updates;
* Clarify technical questions;
* Conduct surveys and update the installed base database;
* Safeguard and protect confidential information belonging to both clients and TECSUL;
* Negotiate contractual terms during the negotiation process (price, delivery schedule, payment terms, and delivery conditions);
* Report any anomalies affecting activity performance to the immediate supervisor;
* Prepare visit schedules;
* Continuously inform clients about the status of each proposal, technical reports, and contracts;
* Stay continuously updated on each client's projects and plans within your portfolio and market segment;
* Prospect new clients;
* Respond promptly to leads;
* Provision travel expenses according to internal policy and submit them to management for validation;
* Submit expense reports for travel expenditures and deliver them to management for validation and reimbursement.
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 \| Fridays: 08:00–17:00 \| Lunch break: 12:00–13:00
