Work Schedule: * Day and night shifts; * Rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off per week. Main Responsibilities: * Record and log activities related to charter transportation operations; * Receive and inspect vehicles; * Enter data into time sheets and complete spreadsheets; * Collect and analyze data to identify potential improvements in transportation processes; * Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with team members and other departments; * Communicate\-effectively with drivers and other staff to ensure efficient and safe daily operations; * Demonstrate problem\-solving skills and take initiative to improve performance outcomes. Requirements: * Must reside in Jacareí or São José dos Campos; * Prior experience as a Timekeeper or in related fields; * Initiative and ability to make effective decisions; * Excellent self\-control and ability to work under pressure; * Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills; * Demonstrate courtesy and respect when interacting with colleagues and customers; * Ability to quickly adapt to change and handle unforeseen situations; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus; * Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
