Our purpose is clear: to impact the market with cutting-edge technology and challenge boundaries to create innovative software that transforms companies across Latin America and the world. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage projects considering scope, timeline, and budget; * Serve as the liaison between the client and Teknisa; * Complete project tracking forms defined in Teknisa’s project management methodology; * Deliver training sessions to employees when required; * Conduct client diagnostics; * Execute implementation projects based on the established plan; * Monitor resource allocation within the project; * Delegate tasks to subordinates; * Track implementation consultants’ schedules; * Monitor technical training delivered at the client site; * Train direct subordinates and prepare successors; * Support team meeting preparation; * Evaluate direct subordinates using HR-designated tools and methods—including 1:1 meetings and feedback culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** * Experience coordinating projects; * Willingness and availability to travel; * Access to necessary infrastructure and tools for remote work and on-site client assignments (e.g., computer/smartphone and reliable internet connection). **Success in this role means:** * Being organized and familiar with Microsoft Project and other project management systems; * Being communicative and comfortable working under pressure; * Remaining consistently attentive to client needs; * Enjoying collaborative work with people. **Additional Information** * **Initial CLT contract salary: R$3\.500,00;** * Commission per project delivery; * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * Profit-sharing program; * Sulamerica Health Insurance—no co-payment, partially subsidized for the Teker and dependents; * Dental plan for the Teker and dependents; * Pharmacy benefit program; * Life insurance; * TekBaby: Gift for newborns and extended leave policies (Maternity: 6 months / Paternity: 1 month); * Meu Pet Club: Pet health insurance; * Remote work allowance; * Access to top gyms across Brazil via Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Discount partnerships with stores and services (Duo Gourmet, Cemig Sim, Coco Bambu, etc.); * Birthday gift and celebration; * Tek Store: Free gifts for employees; * Education benefits and partnerships: UnicoSkill, Udemy, Wise UP, EnglishPass, Descomplica, and more; * Unitek: Teknisa’s corporate university for professional development. * Feedback-driven culture; * Friendly, welcoming team promoting diversity and inclusion!
