Support Analyst - Barueri/SP

Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring equipment functionality and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Custom VIP support with audio/video conferencing management 2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues 3. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities on IT assets In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring full equipment functionality and timely user support in accordance with established standards and deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software according to company-defined standards. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. * Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities on IT assets. * Provide VIP support with personalized service, including audio and video conferencing technology management. * Install network printers and share devices. * Support Office 365 suite and corporate systems. * Install and troubleshoot compliance and coverage software. * Maintain IT inventory control and coordinate tickets with vendors. * Support procurement processes for equipment and licenses. * Provide support for Mac devices. * Strictly comply with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Support recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities when required. * Document incidents, problems, and solutions to update the internal knowledge base. Requirements: * Experience with hardware and software installation and support. * Knowledge of local networks (DHCP, DNS). * Strong communication and user support skills. * Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools. * Experience with on-site support (Hands \& Feet). * Ability to accurately follow technical standards and procedures. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 3\.000,00 CLT. * Benefits: Reduced-cost Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher (VR), and Transportation Voucher (VT). * Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * Work Model: 100% on-site. * Location: Jardim Santa Cecilia neighborhood (Barueri/SP).
