The Supplier Management Analyst I is responsible for ensuring efficiency and compliance in supplier management, providing essential administrative and analytical support to operations. This professional plays a critical role in maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring supplier qualification, monitoring, and information flow that underpin excellence in supplier management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform supplier document homologation, monitor critical processes, and support suppliers in uploading documents. Analyze submitted documentation per procedure and issue the final homologation assessment. * Manage supplier document signatures, contracts, and purchase orders. * Manage the meeting schedule for supplier kickoff meetings prior to their entry onto construction sites. Support the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they are properly qualified and their operations align with company expectations. * Maintain and update Rôgga’s supplier registration data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor data input and updates across all databases. * Follow up on suppliers’ submission of mandatory monthly documentation. Analyze and generate data to support decision-making regarding supplier compliance and adherence to mandatory documentation requirements. * Maintain organization of folders and documents within the department’s document repository. * Monitor supplier actions related to IQF. * Perform various administrative tasks, including updating spreadsheets, reports, management dashboards, and supporting departmental meetings. * Track invoices (from issuance to payment) to assist the supplier journey. Generate reports and analyses for Procurement and Production, highlighting payment statuses and key attention points regarding supplier payments. * Support and assist in resolving issues and pending matters with suppliers. * Conduct follow-up on processes and deadlines with Production, Procurement, suppliers, and peer departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields) * 1 year of experience in administrative roles and/or supplier management, procurement, documentation, and contract management * Basic knowledge of Google tools and Microsoft Office suite * Basic knowledge of SRM — Supplier Relationship Management * Basic knowledge of supplier management tools, ISO standards, audits, and tax legislation * Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques and contract management * Basic knowledge of Power BI * Basic knowledge of SAP **Additional Information** * PPR: Profit-Sharing Program; * Meal allowance/food voucher: BRL 29.00/day (no payroll deduction); * Attendance bonus; * Transportation voucher (no payroll deduction); * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Health plan with no monthly premium for the primary insured, 40% co-payment, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Dental plan with no monthly premium, extendable to dependents at differentiated cost; * Pharmacy benefit program (payroll deduction applies); * Referral bonus for new hires; * Education incentive; * Wellhub: Corporate wellness platform offering access to a broad network of gyms, studios, and health & wellness apps—including meditation, nutrition, and online therapy. * Special discounts for purchasing a Rôgga property.
