Then join us in making a difference! \#VEMSERINDT We are looking for a **Solutions Architect** to serve as the strategic bridge between Infrastructure, Development, DevOps, and Information Security teams. This professional will be responsible for defining, guiding, and ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and organizationally IT-strategy-aligned technological solutions. Requirements: **Key Responsibilities** * Make strategic architectural decisions, collaborating to resolve technical pain points and challenges across involved teams. * Define and evolve platform architecture by selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, programming languages, and databases aligned with business needs. * Establish Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices, ensuring standardization, automation, and efficient environment provisioning — especially within cloud contexts. * Automate development workflows by implementing and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to increase productivity and reduce time-to-delivery. * Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of solutions by designing architectures capable of sustaining demand growth and optimizing resources. * Define and implement security policies, incorporating access controls, monitoring, and compliance practices across all architectural layers. * Serve as a technical partner and mentor to development teams, promoting engineering best practices and disseminating knowledge about solution architecture and design. * Maintain strategic alignment with IT leadership by preparing executive reports and contributing to the organization’s technological direction. **Desired Profile** * Strong systems-thinking ability and capacity to align technology with business strategy. * Proven experience with distributed systems architecture, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Proficiency in DevOps practices, automation, and IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). * Solid knowledge of information security and data governance. * Clear and influential communication skills, focused on collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical and technical leadership capabilities, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
