Plan and control construction projects with a focus on efficient execution, within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop the physical construction schedule using MS Project and the Physical-Financial Schedule. * Analyze monthly cost forecasts at project completion, alongside updating the administrative, production, and contract balance and advance payment histograms. * Analyze costs per service group for construction projects and present calculated values. * Prepare competitive bidding maps for service procurement and material purchases. * Register contracts and approve progress measurements in the UAU system. * Develop the quarterly disbursement flow. * Monitor planned versus actual financial performance, justifying cash flow deviations when necessary. * Lead Weekly Planning and Medium-Term Planning meetings for construction projects. * Conduct on-site monthly progress measurements of ongoing services and prepare the distribution of monthly planning targets. * Calculate and submit construction performance indicators by the agreed deadline, as well as prepare the monthly presentation. * Monitor physical progress measurements conducted by the financing bank’s representative. * Allocate labor costs for payroll and record corresponding entries in the UAU system. * Monitor material consumption and losses on site. * Track schedules and costs related to customizations. * Update visual management boards for construction projects. * Provide technical support to the team, assisting and guiding activity execution while promoting collaboration and process alignment. * Operate independently across most processes, consulting leadership or senior analysts only in more complex situations. * Research and adopt market-proven references and best practices, proposing improvements to immediate leadership with emphasis on process standardization and optimization. * Participate in corporate socio-environmental and volunteer initiatives promoted by the company. * Maintain organization and timely updates of physical and digital documents according to internal procedures. * Perform other duties related to this role as assigned by immediate leadership, proactively contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. * Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred. * Intermediate-level knowledge of construction planning and control, requiring minimal supervision. * Intermediate-level knowledge of cost and schedule management for vertical construction projects. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Project. * Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, including management systems and collaborative platforms (e.g., Teams). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Additional information** Incentive package.
