Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and duties** **We count on you to:** * Plan and execute activities related to Pharmaceutical Equivalence testing, Comparative Dissolution Profile studies, stability studies, Partial Validation or Full Validation of low-to-medium complexity, through practical assays, completion of forms, and organization of raw data associated with performed assays; * Interpret and evaluate assay results according to applicable standards and legislation, protocols, and ANVISA requirements; * Collaborate with various company departments by providing timely technical information to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery; * Prepare solutions, dissolution media, mobile phases, and analytical procedures according to study protocols; * Ensure daily equipment calibration, as well as daily temperature monitoring of the laboratory room, refrigerator, and freezer, to guarantee reliable and accurate results, thereby maintaining equipment readiness for assays and regulatory agency inspections; * Perform monthly performance verification assays for glassware and micropipettes, calculate and evaluate obtained data to ensure proper calibration; * Maintain laboratory organization through consistent routines of segregation, identification, and disposal of material waste; * Ensure use of standards and reagents within their validity periods; properly document all prepared solutions and standards; and ensure appropriate disposal upon study completion. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we seek:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in: Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedicine, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Laboratory experience and experience in pharmaceutical equivalence analyses; * Knowledge of HPLC, GC, and LC\-MS/MS; * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable); * Advanced-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional information** **Work location:** * Campinas/SP. **Work shift:** * Second or Third Shift. **What benefits do we offer?** * Transportation allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health insurance plan at no cost to the employee, with co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental plan with co-payment for monthly fees; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * SESC partnership; * Physical wellness program \- TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare professionals; * Childcare allowance (per internal policy).
