**Your mission will be:**

Lead strategic continuous improvement projects, with strong emphasis on advanced analytics, risk and opportunity identification, and decision-making support. Act as a technical reference, mentoring teams and promoting the robustness of operational excellence programs. Expected outcomes: significant impact on performance indicators, sustainability of improvements, and knowledge dissemination.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Lead continuous improvement projects focused on resource optimization, productivity, and cost reduction, using continuous improvement tools and methods (DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SMED, A3\...);
* Support various departments with robust and more complex statistical analyses to identify opportunities and support decision-making;
* Actively participate in communication flows across different organizational levels.
* Support project leaders in cost calculation and validation with Finance/Controlling;
* Engage in disseminating the Continuous Improvement culture and strengthening the factory’s Operational Excellence Program;
* Partner with Operations areas, supporting problem-solving, indicator analysis, implementation of improvements, and kaizens;
* Support implementation of the factory’s Operational Excellence pillars;
* Disseminate knowledge by facilitating workshops (hands-on training) and participating in the Operational Excellence Academy by delivering training on various continuous improvement tools and methods;
* Be present in Operations, visiting the Gemba and maintaining constant contact with operators;
* Serve as a member, leader, or co-leader of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) pillars.
**And what do you need to fulfill your mission? (Requirements)**

**Required:**
---------------
* Experience implementing continuous improvement projects of varying complexity. Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and/or pharmaceutical contexts is considered a plus;
* Completed academic degree in Engineering (Chemical, Production, or related fields);
* Knowledge of Gemba and interaction with operations;
* Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance);
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification;
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
**Desirable:**
* Experience with processes in cleanroom environments is considered a plus.
