They also organize and control the entry of equipment and merchandise, ensuring proper routing to the responsible departments. Their work ensures the smooth flow of reception-related logistical and administrative processes, emphasizing organization, friendliness, and accuracy. * Provide in-person reception for visitors and customers, including welcoming, identification, guidance, and routing to the correct department; * Offer hospitality support, such as serving coffee or water during reception; * Control and record equipment entry, identifying its purpose (rental, maintenance, or approval) based on the invoice and communication with the customer; * Receive merchandise and correspondence, verify delivered items, and route them to the responsible employee; * Enter invoices into the system, package and dispatch equipment, and request motorcycle courier services for pickups and deliveries; * Maintain an organized, clean, and functional reception area, safeguarding the company's image; * Use basic computer systems (e-mail, Office suite, typing) and maintain effective communication with other departments.
