Specialized veterinary service company Job Activities: * General telephone reception, scheduling of consultations and procedures, as well as advance patient confirmation; * Maintaining a tidy, clean, and welcoming reception area, and assisting in monitoring the status of other rooms: restrooms, examination rooms, surgery room, circulation areas, and support rooms, ensuring optimal clinic operation; * Assisting in typing medical reports and diagnostic findings, as well as printing and organizing them; * Assisting in organizing physical and digital files; * Supporting billing negotiations and debt collection; * Using WhatsApp and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for work purposes. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum education: completed high school Minimum experience: 6 MONTHS in this role Required knowledge: public service and issuance of fiscal receipts.
