**What You Will Do**
Key Responsibilities
* Follows Safety and Health instructions and participates in prevention programs to improve the accident prevention culture (e.g., breaks, near-misses, Take 5, etc.).
* Follows Quality instructions by performing sampling, testing, and process and product controls to prevent internal and external dissatisfaction or losses.
* Performs manual tasks and supports equipment operation.
* Uses manual/electric equipment for material handling and storage.
* Conducts inspections, controls, and records to ensure product quality.
* Completes forms and/or enters data into control systems/information systems.
* Contributes to process analysis, improvement, and problem resolution.
* Meets all requirements specified for the role.
* Assists in equipment and process preparation.
* Cleans raw materials and pallet changes.
* Loads and unloads materials from equipment and production lines.
* Performs inspections, minor repairs, and lubrication of equipment and facilities.
* Maintains order, organization, and cleanliness of the area.
* Operates equipment according to the assigned role or performs duties at similar complexity levels. Meets production and manufacturing schedules. Resolves routine issues and/or implements improvements, shares knowledge, understands performance indicators, and proposes actions such as corrective and preventive actions, and activates the Help Chain for assistance.
* Identifies abnormalities and performs minor repairs, sanitization, super-sanitization, passivation, cleaning, inspections, and lubrication.
* Performs activities in accordance with TPM methodology — inspection routes, defect label issuance, OPL, failure analysis, training, etc.
**What We Look For**
Required Qualifications
* Completed High School education.
* Must be available for a 6x2 rotating schedule and all three shifts.
Desired Qualifications
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Preferred knowledge of liquid, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, and/or similar production processes.
