They will ensure adherence to production plans by developing the necessary processes and procedures to guarantee execution of action plans through studies, industrial techniques, and methods applied on the production line. They must aim to meet delivery and deadline targets, within budget constraints, and according to the quality and productivity standards previously established by the company. They will act as a guardian of JBS values, seeking to engage the team with the company’s purpose.
