Rondonópolis Brazil Asset Security **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **Position Mission** Control access of people, vehicles, and materials to support asset security, compliance with internal regulations, and organization of the unit's operational traffic flow. **Main Responsibilities** * Control access of employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles at plant entrances. * Conduct inspections of backpacks, handbags, shopping bags, and vehicles per established security procedures. * Verify, inspect, and record invoices, delivery notes, and other documents related to material movement. * Register and validate access permissions, including authorizations for mobile phone usage. * Control entry and exit of materials belonging to employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring proper documentation. * Guide users on asset security rules, policies, and procedures. * Maintain updated records of access, inspections, and incidents in internal systems and forms. * Immediately report any irregularities, deviations, or incidents to the Leader and Asset Security Supervisor. * Ensure the entrance area is organized, clean, and fully functional. * Act in accordance with the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of information. * Monitor and organize truck traffic flow to support operational efficiency and avoid impacts on external roads. **Requirements** * Completed High School education. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work rotating shifts under a 6x2 schedule. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a security guard, watchman, access controller, or in other roles related to asset security. * Experience in industrial or corporate environments.
