Responsibilities: Internal and external customer service via digital channels (phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp), providing support in the following areas: Finance: issuing duplicate payment slips, consent letters, and other documents; Logistics: tracking order status and scheduling pickups; Commercial: entering, modifying, and canceling orders.
