Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service, applying product knowledge and experience in automotive repairs and testing, offering technical consultation as needed, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations; assist in store control and maintenance, organizing products on shelves and maintaining store appearance. * Serve customers in accordance with AutoZone standards; * Inspect and maintain internal and external store conditions; * Ensure inventory is well-stocked, clean, and organized; * Update and organize display items; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure proper processes and documentation related to sales and pricing, and conduct physical inventories. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Knowledge of auto parts; * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic level) preferred.
