Description
The mission of the candidate we are seeking is to operate and manage climatological and energy data within the Integrated Measurement Platform (PIM), ensuring data quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements of the electric power sector.
**On a day-to-day basis, you will:**
* Monitor and analyze climatological data from wind and solar projects;
* Evaluate alarms and inconsistencies in anemometric and solarimetric towers;
* Monitor, analyze, and support the processing of information related to the Unavailability Monitoring System (SMI);
* Track data collection and data quality;
* Support processes related to EPE and other regulatory obligations;
* Engage directly in customer relationship management;
* Investigate operational issues and propose solutions;
* Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and tools;
* Collaborate closely with Product, Support, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
**What matters to us (Requirements):**
* Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields;
* Professionals with a background in Meteorology and experience or involvement in the electric power sector will also be considered;
* Prior professional experience, preferably in the energy market;
* Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
**It’s a plus if you have:**
* Residency in the Greater Florianópolis area;
* Knowledge of the Brazilian electricity market;
* Experience monitoring power plants and generation assets;
* Knowledge of anemometry and solarimetry;
* Familiarity with the Unavailability Monitoring System (SMI);
* Knowledge of curtailment and generation availability analysis;
* Familiarity with EPE regulations and those governing the electric power sector;
* Data analysis skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
* Interest and initiative to apply Artificial Intelligence tools to support operational activities, data analysis, and continuous process improvement.
