Job Summary: The Occupational Safety professional will be responsible for promoting safety and physical integrity for all individuals in the workplace, focusing on accident prevention and regulatory compliance. Develop training programs and educational initiatives in Occupational Safety **Job Objective** Promote and ensure the safety and physical integrity of employees, contractors, and visitors in the workplace through the implementation, inspection, and monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety regulations, contributing to accident prevention and compliance with current legislation. **Key Responsibilities** ✅ Develop, implement, and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies; ✅ Conduct audits, inspections, assessments, and monitoring of safety conditions; ✅ Identify hazards and propose preventive actions to control accidents, occupational diseases, and promote quality of life; ✅ Develop training programs and educational initiatives focused on Occupational Safety; ✅ Participate in expert evaluations, inspections, and negotiation processes related to OHS; ✅ Support the implementation of new technologies and work processes with a focus on safety; ✅ Manage Occupational Health and Safety documentation; ✅ Investigate and analyze accidents, recommending preventive and control measures. ### **Requirements** ✔ Technical course in Occupational Safety with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); ✔ Knowledge of interpreting standards **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001**; ✔ Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. **Join a team that values people and offers development opportunities, competitive benefits, and professional growth!** ‍ ️ **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Londrina, PR, BR Full-time CLT On-site
