Job Summary: Professional to support the Style team in developing collections, conducting trend research, and assisting in all stages of the creative process. Key Highlights: 1. This is how, every day, we become the largest Fashion Group in Latin America. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Style team in developing the brand’s collections; * Conduct trend research, consumer behavior analysis, fashion references, and luxury market insights; * Assist in creating moodboards, color palettes, raw materials specifications, and creative direction; * Monitor product development in collaboration with Pattern Making, Product, Procurement, and suppliers; * Organize technical sheets, presentations, and collection materials; * Manage sample intake and dispatch, ensuring organization of the product and raw materials archive; * Participate in garment fittings and oversee adjustments with relevant departments; * Support the preparation of collection presentations and alignment meetings; * Ensure adherence to the collection development calendar deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Fashion Design, Fashion, Design, or related fields; * Knowledge of product development processes in the women's fashion segment; * Interest in trends, consumer behavior, and the luxury market; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; * Organized, proactive profile with strong attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. **Additional Information** #### **OUR BENEFITS** At Azzas 2154 Fashion \& Lifestyle, we believe caring for people is essential to building the largest Fashion Group in Latin America.
