Job Summary: Professional responsible for driving and delivering vehicles, assisting customers with information and belongings, and supporting fleet management. Key Highlights: 1. Drive and deliver vehicles, assisting customers with information and luggage. 2. Support fleet management, from vehicle receipt to maintenance. 3. Customer service and support in vehicle rental processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Responsible for driving and delivering the vehicle to the customer, providing support and supplying information on the use of services, equipment, and accessories of the rented vehicle. * Assist in driving the vehicle during pickup and return to the customer; * Guide the customer during boarding and alighting, assisting\-them with their belongings, equipment, and luggage; * Instruct on the use of specific equipment and accessories of rented vehicles; * Assist in transferring vehicles between branches and fuel stations, as well as other service providers; * Assist in verifying and delivering vehicle documents during rental processes; * Assist in inspecting fleet vehicles, indicating availability/unavailability, and help in dispatching vehicles for maintenance procedures; * Assist in executing procedures for receiving new vehicles and all necessary steps to make them available for rental; * Create, modify, replace, and close contracts in the system and/or ad hoc. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed High School; * Valid and permanent Brazilian Driver's License (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service (retail experience is a plus). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Availability to work on a 6-on/1-off schedule; * Fixed salary \+ commission. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
