Logistics Supervisor

Description

**Location:** Salto/SP * Lead daily team meetings and monitor operations * Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and policies * Develop and implement process improvements (Kaizen, 5S, layout) * Coordinate, train, and motivate the team * Plan daily and weekly departmental activities * Monitor KPIs, costs, absenteeism, and operational performance * Attend to customers and participate in alignment meetings * Identify and resolve operational issues * Control materials, requisitions, and process/layout changes * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents * Promote safety, quality, and environmental initiatives (Hiyari Hatto) * Report results, pending items, and improvement opportunities to leadership **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields * Brazilian driver's license category B * Relevant work experience in the role * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel and Outlook) * Basic English * Forklift Operator certification **Desirable Requirements:** * Greater experience in the field (2 years internally / 3 years in the role) * Knowledge of WMS systems * Intermediate English **Differentiators:** * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S) * Experience in logistics/industrial environments * Knowledge of indicator and process management **Benefits:** * Health insurance: Unimed National Plan for family members * Pharmacy: Golden Farma * Dental insurance: Odontoprev * Life insurance: 100% company-paid * Meal allowance * Wellhub – Discount based on selected plan * Wellz – 100% company-paid * VR AUTO – Salary: R$1\.775,14 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site
