This role supports needs diagnosis, training implementation, and team development monitoring—strengthening service standards and keeping our culture alive, always guided by our core values: honesty, customer focus, results, and teamwork. **Your mission with us:** You will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding of new employees and training direct sales operations, aiming to promote execution of franchisee-established standards, facilitate achievement of function-related goals, and monitor employee adoption of content delivered through operational channels. Requirements: **Main Responsibilities:** Participate in operational development; Ensure onboarding of new employees; Conduct training relevant to the role; Keep teams trained on new products / service models; Promote achievement of industry-provided content adoption targets; **Prerequisites:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Strong communication and presentation skills; Knowledge of performance indicators; Sales knowledge preferred; Familiarity with teaching methodologies; Availability to work onsite at both direct sales centers in SBC and ZS/São Paulo; Benefits **What We Offer:** Fixed salary \+ variable compensation after probation period; Meal allowance of R$ 24.00 per day; Transportation allowance of R$ 400.00 (for those using personal transportation); Health and dental insurance; TotalPass; Exclusive discounts on O Boticário and Eudora products; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00
