




Job Summary: Professional responsible for multichannel customer service, preparation and correction of technical documents, and organization of service orders. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support via telephone, WhatsApp, and email 2. Preparation and typing of technical reports and documents 3. Organization and preparation of Risk Maps and service orders Performs customer service via telephone; clarifies customer inquiries or directs customers to the requested department; responds to customer messages via WhatsApp; replies to emails; types reports (PGR/PCMSO/LTCAT/INSALUBRITY REPORT/AET) submitted in Word format and in the SOC system; prepares Risk Maps; prepares Service Orders - Level 1; prepares and prints certificates; performs document corrections; technical staff deliver service orders with completed checklists to the technical department
