The Internship in Installations position is affiliated with the Technical Development Directorate and integrated into the Installations Department. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Assisting in the review of electrical, plumbing & sanitary, HVAC, lightning protection (SPDA), and special installations projects; * Supporting technical site visits for project compliance monitoring and verification; * Preparing descriptive memoranda, quantity take-off spreadsheets, and technical specifications; * Performing basic calculations and sizing of building systems under supervision; * Supporting the control and organization of technical documentation and project files; * Participating in multidisciplinary coordination meetings with architecture and other engineering teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Electrical Engineering, from the 5th semester onward; * Have basic knowledge of AutoCAD; * Have intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; — It is important that you demonstrate: * Analytical ability; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Teamwork skills. — It would be highly advantageous if you: * Have prior experience in the real estate market; * Have knowledge of Revit. **Additional Information** **Benefits of being a hyper:** We care deeply about the well-being of our employees—affectionately called *hypers*!
