At Odontoprev, we are looking for someone who wants to join a team that inspires, welcomes, and transforms! **Responsibilities and duties** Provide online support to accredited dentists and beneficiaries via email, chat, and Teams, clarifying technical, operational, and procedural questions Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new network dentists Complete, update, and manage area monitoring spreadsheets Develop support materials and presentations for training sessions Participate in online meetings with the team and network via Microsoft Teams Support the identification of process improvements within the accredited network **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Dentistry with an active CRO registration Strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency, especially Excel We seek a didactic, patient, organized individual who enjoys problem-solving. As you will interact daily with dentists and beneficiaries, empathy and a consultative approach make all the difference.
