Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Instructor to plan, develop, and deliver technical and behavioral training programs aimed at people development and continuous team improvement. Development of instructional materials and facilitation of capacity-building sessions We are looking for a Training Instructor focused on people development and team enhancement within the company. The professional will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to various departments, ensuring process standardization and continuous improvement of deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and deliver technical and behavioral training sessions for diverse internal audiences; * Develop instructional materials, presentations, and learning assessments; * Facilitate interactive activities and capacity-building practices aligned with professional development; * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership and propose development solutions; * Monitor the performance of trained employees and suggest improvement actions; * Update and revise content in response to changes in internal procedures and policies; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education (enrollment in or completion of a related undergraduate program is a plus); * Prior experience as a trainer, multiplier, or training facilitator; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to lead groups and adapt language to audience needs; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). **✨ Advantages:** * Experience delivering customer service or operational-area training; * Experience developing manuals and instructional materials; * Familiarity with learning methodologies.
