**Job Description:**
Fadex is seeking an HR Payroll Analyst to support and execute labor and administrative routines within the HR department, ensuring accurate handling of onboarding, termination, payroll processing, time tracking, vacation management, benefits administration, and social charges — all in compliance with current legislation and internal company policies. The professional will be responsible for ensuring organization, verification, and efficiency of departmental processes, contributing to strategic, agile, and secure people management.
**Job Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
* Solid experience in HR Payroll operations;
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, as well as HR Payroll routines;
* Experience with onboarding, termination, payroll processing, vacation management, social charges, and time tracking;
* Familiarity with submitting data to eSocial;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
* Experience with payroll systems and electronic time-tracking systems;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail;
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks;
* Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Execute employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and deadlines;
* Monitor and manage electronic time tracking, including overtime calculation, time banks, absences, late arrivals, and leaves of absence;
* Support preparation, verification, and finalization of payroll, labor charges, and benefits;
* Organize, update, and maintain employee files and documentation in accordance with legal requirements;
* Support submission and verification of information related to eSocial, FGTS, INSS, and other ancillary obligations;
* Provide employee support, clarifying inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, vacations, time tracking, and documentation;
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal controls for monitoring HR Payroll routines;
* Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information;
* Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation, as well as internal company policies;
* Contribute to departmental organization, efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
