Committed to quality and innovation, Freng serves both retail and wholesale markets. **Responsibilities:** Receive and verify documentation of new employees. Register employees in the payroll system. Calculate severance payments and deliver termination kits to construction sites. Process and verify payroll and labor charges. Manage benefits and vacation control. Provide support and assistance to area managers and ensure compliance with current labor legislation. Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist, HR Department Coordinator, HR Department Assistant, or Human Resources Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
